FARMINGTON — A fall foliage paddle on the Androscoggin River is planned for 10:15 a.m. Saturday. Participants are asked to meet at the University of Maine at Farmington Fitness and Recreation Center.
The flat water, river paddling through scenic areas is appropriate for all skill levels. Individuals are asked to bring a canoe or kayak to participate for free. A limited number of canoes and kayaks will be available for rent for $5.
The minimum age is 13. Children younger than 13 are permitted with pre-approval and adult supervision. For more information, call 778-7495.
