Arrests

IN MADISON, Wednesday at 1:20 a.m., Patricia Coughlin, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 5:57 p.m., Raymond Joseph Duval, 20, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of violating condition of release.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 2 p.m., Alexander Salvas, 18, of 28 Winter St., No. 2, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of a firearm and on a probation hold, at the Police Department.
