MONMOUTH — Mason Clement scored with 50 seconds left in overtime to lift Monmouth over Dirigo 1-0 in Mountain Valley Conference boys soccer action Monday.

Ben Bolstridge assisted the goal. The Mustangs (8-5-0) got strong midfield play from Kyle Fletcher,

Chandler Harris and Clement in the victory. Kasey Smith made nine saves.

Lucas Johnston stopped 13 shots for the Cougars (4-9-0).

Monmouth 1, Mountain Valley 0: Kylie Kemp scored off a rebound with 7:40 left in the first half, and the Mustangs made it stand to earn the MVC victory in Monmouth.

Mikayla Cameron had three saves on four shots for Monmouth (8-5-1). Grace Briggs had 10 saves for the Falcons (3-11-0).

Morse 3, Erskine 0: Amanda Gagne and Miracle Trimble each had a goal and an assist to lead the Shipbuilders to the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B game in Bath.

Paige Martin also scored for Morse (9-3-2). Alesha Aucoin stopped five shots.

Cassandra Ray made 16 saves for Erskine (7-6-1).

Hall-Dale 4, Spruce Mountain 3, 2OT: Maura Stottler scored with 1:44 left in the second overtime to lift the Bulldogs to their 11th win of the season, in Jay.

Hall-Dale (11-1-2) jumped out to a 2-1 lead in the first half on goals by Signe Lynch and Stottler. Thea Sweet added a goal in the second half for the Bulldogs. Eva Shepherd had two assists and Clio Barr assisted the game-winner.

Kailee Newcomb scored in the first half and Megan Duval and Alexa Perkins in the second half for Spruce Mountain (9-5-0). Hayley Doyen and Vanese Barnes each had an assist.

Olivia Maynard stopped 12 shots for Hall-Dale, while Emily Keene had 17 stops for Spruce Mountain.
