Why, when our male representatives in Washington start to get enough seniority to serve on important committees or even chair a committee that could help Maine, do they decide to run for governor?

Mike Michaud was doing an excellent job in Washington. Why give it up to campaign for governor when, I believe, he has no chance of winning. The independent candidate, Eliott Cutler, will be Michaud’s spoiler.

Gov. Paul LePage is popular enough and has accomplished more in one term than his most recent predecessors. I’m sure he will be serving four more years.
