On Tuesday, I urge Hallowell voters to write in Chris Vallee’s name for RSU2 Hallowell School Board.
Our schools will benefit from his creativity and enthusiasm. His energy is both positive and catching.
Hallowell and its people are near and dear to Chris. For many years, Chris has volunteered for and supported Hallowell causes, including Old Hallowell Day, the Food Bank, Hall-Dale Boosters, Slate’s Fire Relief Fund and the Barry Timson Scholarship Fund. Chris generously contributes time, money and ideas to our community.
In addition, Chris is a Hall-Dale alumnus, former president of the Board of Trade, and a former member of the Board of Appeals.
Chris will add much to the school board. He will work hard to make our schools better. As an educator for more than 40 years, I will write in Chris Vallee’s name on the Nov. 5 ballot. I hope others also will write in his name.
