Arrests

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday, at 1:42 p.m., Roxane Montgomery, 46, of Hussey Hill Road, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and misuse of the E911 system, on Hussey Hill Road.

4:59 p.m., Garrett Place, 21, of East Pond Road, was arrested on a warrant, on East Pond Road.

7:48 p.m., Daniel Douglass Cram, 30, of Hinckley Road, Clinton, was arrested on four warrants, on Main Street. He was also summoned on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 1:27 a.m., Norma Joe Rancourt, 42, of Cornville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

9:54 a.m., Roland David Hartsock, 47, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees.

10:21 a.m., Jason Joel Forbus, 38, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

12:55 p.m., Michael Joseph Sounier, 47, of West Gardiner, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court.

2:04 p.m., Daniel Roy Bryant, 27, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court on two counts.

3:57 p.m., Bryan Joseph Legasse, 30, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11 a.m., Kevin Crowley, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order, at the Police Department.

Also Wednesday, no time given, Nathasha K. Needham, 22, of 7 Belmont Ave., Apartment 1, was arrested on a charge of violation of a condition of release, on Sherwin Street.
