Arrests

Friday: Gabriel Roy, 33, of Gardiner, was arrested in Randolph on a warrant during a traffic stop for a defective license plate light. The driver, a 28-year-old Chelsea man, was charged with operating after suspension.

Saturday: Harly Wilson, 20, was arrested on a warrant in China. Wilson was a passenger in a car stopped for speeding on U.S. Route 202.

Diana Bickford, 32, was arrested in China on a warrant.

Carol Welch, 44, was arrested in Windsor on charges of theft by unauthorized use, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of violating conditions of release by police responding to a report of an abandoned crashed car.

Sunday: Zechariah Menchaca, 21, of Topsham, was arrested in Richmond on charges of operating after suspension and illegal possession of a scheduled drug during a traffic stop on Main Street.
