WATERVILLE — Executive Director for the Maine Film Center Shannon Haines will speak at Leading Women’s Luncheon on Tuesday.
Haines, who previously served as the executive director of Waterville Main Street from 2003 to 2012, will speak at the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce sponsored event at O’Brien’s Restaurant at the Best Western Plus.
In addition to being executive director of Maine Film Center, the parent organization of the Maine International Film Festival, Haines serves on the Maine Arts Commission and the Maine Film Commission and is also the President of the Board of Common Street Arts.
Registration is required and is $20 for Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce members and $25 for general admission. A networking reception is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., followed by the luncheon and presentation at noon. To register, contact the chamber at info@midmainechamber.com or 873-3315.
