WATERVILLE — Police are at the scene of an accident on West River Road in which a vehicle reportedly struck two parked cars and rolled over.
The driver got out of the vehicle before police arrived, according to the report.
The accident occurred near 85 West River Road, which is off Kennedy Memorial Drive and passes by Thomas College.
Police closed the road to traffic to investigate the accident.
It is unclear how many people were in the vehicle that rolled over and whether anyone was injured.
