The Canaan Farmers Hall would like to express our appreciation to the Boy Scouts and leaders of Troop 403 for their able and enthusiastic assistance at our recent craft fair.
They helped crafters load in and load out. They lugged tables and chairs down the stairs. They fetched food and drinks for crafters, sold raffle tickets and baked goods — all to benefit the Farmers Hall fundraiser.
The impromptu Christmas caroling in the hallway was a bonus! They were polite and attentive to all of their tasks, under the able supervision of their leader.
Customers and crafters alike were unanimous in their praise of these boys. Truthfully, the fair could not have done without them.
