Friday: At 1:31 a.m., James W. Campbell, 35, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a complaint on Washington Street.

2:13 a.m., Victoria A. Wright, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by police responding to a complaint on Washington Street.
