Curves International Inc., a chain of fitness centers for women, announced last week it has teamed up with personal trainer Jillian Michaels to launch a new workout program.
The workout, which will roll out in January at participating Curves clubs, including the fitness center on Bridge Street in Gardiner, features strength training machines in conjunction with functional bodyweight-based exercises, according to a release from the company. No other local Curves will offer the program.
The workouts are designed for women at every fitness level and include simple modifications for each movement. Class times for the “Curves Workouts with Jillian Michaels” will vary by location.
