The Christmas spirit is alive and well in Augusta! My son had done his shopping and was in the checkout line with Christmas gifts, including new boots for his son.
His total came to more than what he had on his debit card. He was going to put the boots back, but the woman in line behind him spoke up and said that no little boy would go without boots this Christmas while she was around. She insisted that she pay the remaining balance.
I want to thank that special woman in the store on Tuesday morning. She is truly a Christmas angel and showed us what Christmas and giving is all about.
