The Richmond Area Food Pantry usually serves about 45 clients each pantry day, but it added one more person recently: Santa.

Santa snuck in and passed out $100 bills to those volunteers and clients who were waiting to serve or be served. Then he was gone in a flash.

The range of emotions was phenomenal. From “I was on my last $10” and “Now I can now buy a little more oil” to “I wish I were in a position to hand out money,” the event was priceless.

This random act of kindness touched many at Richmond’s pantry who struggle daily to make ends meet. Bless this kind person who thought of others; it will be remembered.
