Gardiner man arrested on heroin charge
A 19-year old Gardiner man was arraigned in Somerset County Friday on an indictment from Kennebec County.
Jacob McMillan was indicted Jan. 24, on a charge of unlawful trafficking in heroin, but the indictment was sealed until his arrest on Friday in Somerset County.
He is accused of committing the offense on June 18, in Augusta.

Friday: At 9:17 a.m., a caller from On the Go Wireless, Civic Center Drive, reported a burglary.
Monmouth: At 8:31 p.m., a 39-year-old China man was issued a summons on a charge of operating after suspension on Route 126.
Mount Vernon
Thursday: At 11:26 a.m., a caller from Poplar Point reported assault.
Sidney
Thursday: At 1:35 p.m., a Lyons Road caller reported harassment.
