AUGUSTA — A local man has been charged with drug trafficking after allegedly selling heroin this summer.
David McCadney, 31, was arrested Friday on charges of violating conditions of release and three counts of unlawful trafficking in heroin. McCadney was held without bail over the weekend at the Kennebec County jail.
An affidavit filed by Agent Brian Wastella of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency claims McCadney sold heroin during controlled purchases conducted by the agency in August and September.
