AUGUSTA — Kennebec Savings Bank recently announced it has hired Kevin Healey as vice president and chief human resources officer.

Healey has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and community relations, most recently at St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, according to the release. In 2012, Healey was named vice chair of the State Workforce Investment Board, which assists the governor in workforce development.
