Does anyone remember the original “Dallas” TV series of the 1980s?
Any 1980s TV junkie could see the similarities between that show and what is going on with the bridge closure scandal in New Jersey.
Gov. Chris Christie seems to be doing a J.R. Ewing, but his denials as governor of the Garden State are not withstanding, not only with the people of New Jersey but also as a presidential candidate.
The bridge lane closures are no doubt J.R.-style New Jersey politics because they may show weakness on the part of the state itself.
