Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson Realtors in Augusta was named the top Coldwell Banker office in the state for the third year in a row by the national real estate franchise, according to a release from the Augusta company.

The owner of Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson Realtors, Brian Rizzo, said he is honored to be recognized for his agency’s success.

“We have a fantastic team of experienced agents who have earned the trust and repeat business of their clients. We try to focus on creating positive transactions through a commitment to service,” Rizzo said in the release.

He said the economy is showing signs of strengthening and he’s optimistic about the real estate market for this year.

“We are experiencing early buyer demand and a noticeable reduction of inventory as we head towards the spring market. All positive signs for a favorable 2014 real estate market,” Rizzo said.

Several individual agents at the Capitol Street agency were recognized by the national real estate franchise, including Jean Kirkpatrick, who was named to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite, a designation for the top 2 percent of all sales associates in the Coldwell Banker system; and Kevin Judkins, who was recognized as being among the top 5 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates.
