BREWER — Police have arrested a Maine woman on charges of trafficking and possessing heroin and bath salts.
Police executing a search warrant at a home in Brewer on Wednesday arrested 41-year-old Victoria Ragonesi.
Two others that were at the residence also were arrested. Twenty-nine-year-old Adam Boody of Brewer was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to pay fines on a theft charge, and 19-year-old Dominic Deluca of Locust Grove, Va., was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana.
