I am writing this to remind everyone about how fortunate we are to have the Sentinel delivered to our homes. This service is often taken for granted.

I had five children, and three delivered the newspaper.

I am now retired, so I appreciate how early the carriers have to get up to provide this service, while I lie sleeping in my comfortable, warm bed. I love doing the daily puzzles, especially when they are on the same page.

I would like to extend a big heartfelt thanks to all of the carriers for all they do. My morning paper is how I welcome my new day.
