MERRIMACK, N.H. — New Hampshire State Police say charges have been upgraded against a Nashua man accused of causing a three-vehicle crash that killed a passenger in his car.
Thirty-seven-year-old Nghia Huynh was charged with felony drunken driving after the crash on the Everett Turnpike Friday night. After he was released from the hospital Monday, he was charged with negligent homicide as well, was arraigned on both charges and was ordered held on $50,000 bail.
It was not immediately known if Huynh is being represented by a lawyer. A probable cause hearing is set for March 3.
