IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday, James C. Smith Jr., 26, of Leeds, was arrested on warrants for charges of larceny, theft by unauthorized taking, false attachment of plates, violating a condition of release, operating without a license and failing to give a correct name or date of birth.

Friday, Peter M. Molnar, 32, of Lewiston, was arrested on warrants for charges of domestic violence assault with priors and criminal mischief.

Harley D. Witherell, 30, of Farmington, was arrested on warrants on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating a condition of release, unpaid fines or fees and forgery.

Mark C. Fagan, 31, of Avon, was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Tori J. Lands, 19, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

Richard Dolan, 45, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant.

Monica Rollins, 32, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.
