Michael R. Duplessis, 42, Augusta, operating under the influence-one prior, Dec. 27, 2008, in Fairfield; $700 fine, 180 day jail sentence all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, three year license suspension, registration suspended. Operating while license was suspended or revoked, Dec. 27, 2008, in Fairfield; $250 fine.
Logan H. Emery, 21, Madison, failing to stop, remain, provide information, Nov. 29, 2012, in Norridgewock; $300 fine. Failing to make an oral or written accident report, Nov. 29, 2012, in Norridgewock; dismissed.
Spencer P. Esty, 26, Anson, misuse of identification, Sept. 15, 2012, in Madison; 48 hour jail sentence, $108.15 restitution. Misuse of identification, Sept. 15, 2012, in Madison; dismissed.
Gladys A. Fowler, 32, Augusta, negotiating a worthless instrument, Aug. 10, 2011, in Fairfield; 180 day jail sentence all but one day suspended, one year administrative release sentence, $630 restitution.
Paul Goodridge, 38, Skowhegan, operating while license was suspended or revoked-prior, Sept. 27, 2012, in Madison; dismissed.
