Albert J. Abbott Sr, 44, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, two priors, Dec. 13, 2013, in Jay; $3,000 fine, $3,000 suspended. Aggravated operating after revocation, priors, Dec. 13, 2012, in Jay; $3,000 fine, five years Department of Corrections.
Joshua M. Bartlett, 27, New Portland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, Feb. 8, 2012, in Kingfield, $500 fine, five year jail sentence all but 6 months suspended, three years probation.
Frederick O. Dougherty Jr, 32, Phillips, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, May 14, 2012, in Farmington; $1,000 fine, 100 hours community service.
Chad E. Stewart, 31, Wilton, burglary, Dec. 4, 2011, probation continued, no sentence imposed. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 4, 2011, in Jay, six month jail sentence.
