FAIRFIELD — Fairfield Primary School will hold kindergarten registration and screening Monday, April 28, for children living in the Fairfield, Benton, Hinckley and Shawmut. Children are required to be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15, 2014, to enroll in kindergarten.
Call the school office at 453-4220, between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., to schedule an appointment. Students currently enrolled in Fairfield Primary’s preschool program do not need to register for kindergarten.
Locations, time and dates are as follows: Albion, 8 a.m.- noon, May 1 at Albion Elementary; Benton, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., April 14 at Fairfield Primary School; Clinton, 8 a.m.-noon, May 6 at Clinton Elementary; Fairfield, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., April 14 at Fairfield Primary School.
Parents and guardians are required to bring the child’s original birth certificate, updated immunization records, and a recent photo of their child for the registration.
