Central Maine Clay Artists will sell mugs in coffee shops throughout central Maine to raise money for art programs in local schools.
Mugs are available in limited quantities and will be available in April until supplies run out. Proceeds will be given to teachers to buy supplies for their students. Coffee shops will donate a cup of coffee to those who purchase a mug.
Participating coffee shops are Slate’s Bakery in Hallowell; Bagel Mainea and the Downtown Diner in Augusta; The Flaky Tart in Winthrop; The Green Bean in South China; Sheepscot General Store in Whitefield; Founding Farmer’s Community Market in Gardiner; and The Olde Post Office Café in Mount Vernon.
