WATERVILLE — The Planning Board on Monday will consider a request for a subdivision off Upper Main Street proposed by John Koons.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center downtown.

The proposed 4-lot subdivision will be mostly on Pung Hill in Fairfield, with only one lot in Waterville. The board will consider informal preapplication, preliminary and final plans for the subdivision under the city’s site plan review ordinance. Main Street in Waterville runs into Pung Hill in Fairfield.

In other matters, planners will consider revisions to a previously approved site plan that would provide storage for Village Green mobile home park off West River Road. The proposal is by West River Road LLC.
