AUGUSTA — A Waterville man will spend 30 months in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to three instances of driving after his license had been revoked as well as four other charges.

Jeffrey E. Eaton Jr., 28, of Waterville was sentenced in Kennebec County Superior Court, and the prison term was ordered to run concurrently with a probation revocation in Somerset County Superior Court.

Eaton pleaded guilty to operating after habitual-offender revocation and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, both Nov. 15, 2013; operating after habitual-offender revocation, theft by deception and violating protective order Jan. 13, 2013; and operating after habitual-offender revocation and violating a protective order Jan. 29, all in Waterville.

A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Denvor Ferland, 22, of Pittston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 26, 2013, in Augusta; $200 fine, $60 restitution.

• Nicholas Walter Honas, 32, of Augusta, criminal trespass Aug. 10, 2012, in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

• Dennis R. Jennings, 31, of New York City, unlawful trafficking in cocaine base and criminal forfeiture of $177 Sept. 27, 2013, in Waterville; four-year prison sentence, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation, $400 fine.

• Michael C. Karp, 26, of New Canaan, Conn., driving to endanger July 15, 2012, in Oakland; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

• Richard A. Lee, 18, of Waterville, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief Feb. 21 in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, $524 restitution.

• Rickey R. Lemon, 56, of Hudson, N.H., operating under the influence Dec. 9, 2012, in Waterville and violating condition of release Dec. 24, 2013, in Waterville; $700 in fines, 90-day license suspension.

• Jacob Essely McMillan, 20, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 1, 2013, in Randolph and unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 18, 2013, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, $315 restitution, $400 fine.

• Michael Paul Moore, 30, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Feb. 18 in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation.

• Amanda M. Weeks, 33, of New Sharon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer between April 1-Dec. 31, 2013, in Augusta; two-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended two years’ probation, $9,000 restitution.
