AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday and Wednesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Trevor R. Arbour, 27, of Randolph, domestic violence assault Feb. 15 in Augusta; 30 day jail sentence.

• David L. Bellefleur, 24, of Fairfield, operating under the influence Feb. 22 in Waterville; 10 day jail sentence, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $700 fine, three year license and registration suspension.

• Michael E. Bickford, 36, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 10, 2013, and violating condition of release Oct. 31, 2013, in Augusta; 45 day jail sentence.

• Kristian V. Broz, 36, of Waterville, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim Nov. 23-Dec. 10, 2013, discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling and violating condition of release Nov. 23, 2013, in Oakland; three year jail sentence, all but three months suspended, two years probation, $250 fine.

• Justin Buker, 25, of Dresden, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release Feb. 10 and violating condition of release April 14, all in Waterville; 364 day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation.

• James O. Carpenter, 48, of Oakland, assault March 9, in Waterville; 90 day jail sentence, all suspended, one year administrative release, $300 fine.

• Carly M. Cleaves, 21, of Waterville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 6, 2013, in Winslow; $400 fine.

• Richard K. Easler Jr., 35, of Oakland, theft by deception and violating condition of release Jan. 29 in Waterville and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 10, 2013, in Augusta; 72 hour jail sentence, $397 restitution.

• Christopher E. Edman, 38, of Belgrade, operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child Dec. 1, 2013, in Winthrop; 364 day jail sentence, all but 96 hours suspended, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, one year administrative release, $500 fine, 150 day license suspension.

• Amanda L. French, 27, of Readfield, failure to provide correct name, address, date of birth Jan. 20 in Farmingdale; four day jail sentence, to be served in the alternative sentencing program.

• Reinette A. Hudson, 46, of Belgrade, violating condition of release March 7 in Oakland; $200 fine.

• Crystal Lee Ladd, 32, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 16 in Augusta; 364 day jail sentence, all suspended, one year probation, $600 fine.

• Noel Levasseur, 47, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license (conditional/restricted) Feb. 20 in Hallowell; 364 day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, one year probation, $1,200 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Dawn McGee, 27, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of violating conditions of release Dec. 12, 2013, in Waterville and theft by unauthorized taking and failure to provide correct name, address, date of birth Dec. 1, 2013, in Augusta; 364 day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, one year probation.

• Mark D. Meierdirk, 40, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release March 4; 14 day jail sentence.

• Shane A. Murphy, 27, of Waterville, violation of sex offender registration Sept. 9, 2013, in Waterville; 180 day jail sentence, all suspended, one year probation.

• Kirstie L. Patterson, 23, of South China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 19, 2012, in Benton and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release Dec. 21, 2013, in Augusta; 10 day jail sentence, $2,000 restitution.

• Brandy D. Remmers, 37, of Skowhegan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release Dec. 12, 2013, in Waterville; 30 day jail sentence.

• Norman Sardella, 67, of Augusta, operating under the influence April 23 in Augusta; 180 day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, $700 fine, three year license and registration suspension.
