Repairs to the West Road overpass in Litchfield will cause overnight stoppages on Interstate 95 on Monday and Tuesday.

Traffic will be stopped for 25 minutes at a time in both directions at mile 91. A series of stoppages will occur between 10 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday and again from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday.

All work is weather-dependent. Motorists should prepare for delays or seek alternate travel routes during the stoppages. Message boards will be in place to inform approaching travelers of closures, and Highway Advisory Radio broadcasts on 1610 AM also will be used to inform drivers.
