ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 2:59 p.m., Roy H. Kennedy, 44, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two counts of criminal mischief.
9:00 p.m., Season M. Bartley, 33, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of being a fugitive from justice and a warrant.
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 11:34 p.m., Timothy L. Brown, 24, of Silver Place, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension on Silver Place.
