AUGUSTA — The following cases were closed June 26-July 2, 2014, in Augusta District Court.
Tyler John Boivin, 21, of Augusta, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor Feb. 2, 2013, and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise Nov. 12, 2013, both in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
Donrrell Antonio Garner, 24, of West Gardiner, operating vehicle without license and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth June 25 in Augusta; $250 in fines, 24-hour jail sentence.
Nickolas Grivois, 26, of Augusta, violating condition of release June 30 in Augusta; five-day jail sentence.
Anthony R. Gushue, 27, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 1 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.
Dillon Howes, 20, of Augusta, violating condition of release, terrorizing, violating protective order, all June 25 in Augusta; 48-hour suspended jail sentence, one-year probation.
Stacey J. Ricker, 30, of Litchfield, operating vehicle without license April 11 in Litchfield; $150 fine.
Daniel W. Rush, 27, of Randolph, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release June 27 in Gardiner; $400 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.
