Maine-ly Harmony to host fundraiser yard sale

PALERMO — Maine-ly Harmony will hold its sixth annual syard sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, at Hill Gardens, Route 3, between Tobey’s market and Palermo School. Fred and Linda Davis, Hill Gardens nursery owners, have been potting Day lilies, Lupine, Bee Balm, Primrose, Bleeding Hearts, Shasta Daisies, Asters, Peony, Iris, Bachelor Buttons, Campanula, Columbine, Lady’s Mantle, Hosta, Sedum, Phlox and more plants for the sale.

Along the gardens there are benches those interested can rest and take in the spectrum of flowers in bloom. Quartets will entertain, hot dogs, homemade goodies, coffee and cold drinks will be available for sale.

Maine-ly Harmony is a nonprofit organization that rehearses Wednesday evenings at Togus VA and regularly does benefit performances throughout the community. New members are welcome. For more information, call 582-5523 or 993-2246.
