An informational session about Waterville’s single-stream curbside recycling program will be held 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at Shaw’s Plaza off Kennedy Memorial Drive. A few Ecomaine recycling bins will be given away at the event.
Curbside recycling will begin in the city on Monday, July 21. Residents will put recycling in a bin to be picked up along the same routes used for garbage collection. They can use the bin provided by Ecomaine or any solid bin marked “recycling.”
