FARMINGTON — A Bridge Street man was charged with indecent conduct after police received a half dozen complaints he was naked in public.

Joel Batzell, 64, was arrested on the charge of indecent conduct, said Detective Marc Bowering of the Farmington Police Department. Batzell was reported at the corner of Bridge Street and U.S. Route 2, which is near his home.

Bowering said police are familiar with Batzell for the same type of behavior. He said Batzell was cooperative with the police but did not offer an explanation for his alleged behavior.

IN CLINTON, Wednesday at 9:26 p.m., harassment was reported on Darling Avenue.

IN FAIRFIELD,Tuesday at 9:24 a.m., reported mischief was investigated on Pirate Lane.

9:53 p.m., a report of a missing juvenile was investigated on Old County Road.

SUMMONS

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 11:59 p.m., Ryan Lewis Mosher, 20, of Nowell Road, was summoned on charges of possession of marijuana, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia and a minor transporting liquor on China Road.

ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Daniel Keirstead, 26, of Rangeley, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees and operating after suspension.

Wednesday, Scott Henry, 47, of Chesterville, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.

Edward Timler, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines or fees.

Glendon Ladd, 25, of Freeman, was arrested on the charge of possesssion of a firearm by a felon.

Eric Abbot, 37, of Wilton, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 3:35 p.m., James Butcher, 29, of 5 Belmont Ave., arrested on two warrants, on Cool Street.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 3:34 a.m., Nicole Lynn Liberty, 39, of Canaan Road in Clinton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault on China Road.
