Sunday at 8:16 p.m., Tyler J. Perry, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants charging failure to pay fines by police responding to a trespass complaint on Mount Vernon Avenue.

9:12 p.m., Anthony Smen, 29, of Readfield, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to an assault complaint on Tasker Road.

Monday at 5:18 a.m., two Augusta women were charged by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct at a residential facility on Mud Mill Road. Candace M. Johnson, 20, and Kayla L. Thompson, 23, were each charged with arson and criminal mischief after they allegedly set a small fire by placing items on a cook stove. Police say staff quickly extinguished the fire without damage or injuries.

FARMINGDALE

Saturday Niall Gleason, 43, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a crash on Northern Avenue. Gleason reportedly hit a car while pulling out of a driveway.
