ARRESTS

Friday at 4:12 p.m., Amber Lowell, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on South Chestnut Street and charged with domestic violence assault. Police said Lowell admitted hitting a man while he was moving items out of an apartment.
Saturday at 12:17 a.m., after making a pedestrian check on Water Street, police arrested Kelly Strout, 31, of Augusta, on outstanding warrants.
