Charles F. Blow, 46, of Vassalboro, operating after habitual offender revocation May 3 in Augusta; $500 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

Karyn Bournival, 51, of Fayetteville, Ark., failing to obtain driver’s license June 3 in West Gardiner; $150 fine.

Neyda Y. Cervantes, 23, of South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked April 19 in Litchfield; $250 fine.

Community Oil LLC, of Monmouth, two commercial vehicle rule violations: compliance reviews April 18 in Monmouth; $500 in fines.

Nial Q. Gleason, 43, of Hallowell, operating under the influence July 26 in Farmingdale; $700 fine, 364-day jail sentence with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension.

Leroy E. Gove, 54, of Augusta, terrorizing May 28 in Augusta; 14-day jail sentence.

Jodi L. Lathrop, 39, of Pittston, operating under the influence April 21 in Augusta; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 150-day license suspension.

Crystal Macia, 26, of Farmingdale, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property April 7 in Gardiner; $400 fine, $380 restitution.

Thomas Mansir, 38, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked May 7 in Farmingdale; $250 fine.

Valerie Naiva, 50, of Augusta, violating condition of release and protective order from harassment violation May 30 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence with all but six months suspended, one-year probation.

Ephantus K. Njoroge, 34, of Hurst, Texas, commercial vehicle rule violation: operating with false duty record April 29 in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Amanda Olson, 22, of Waterville, allowing dog to be at large May 9 in Chelsea; $25 fine.

Gregory A. Ouellet, 35, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 26 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence with all but 30 days suspended.
