INDUSTRY — An investigation is pending after two Industry officials had glass jars smashed in their driveway, police say.
Around 7 a.m. Aug. 5, Deputy Andrew Morgan investigated the report of vandalism on Savage Road at the house of a town selectman, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department weekly report.
The report stated someone had apparently thrown two glass jars into the driveway of the selectman. Morgan also found the Industry fire chief had glass jars thrown into his driveway on West Mills Road.
Lt. David Rackliffe said Monday that the smashed jars were similar in nature and the case is still pending, but the department has little information to pursue.
