ARRESTS

Wednesday at 2:06 p.m., Samuel Huff, 24, of New York, was arrested on charges of failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth, refusing to submit to arrest and violating the city ordinance prohibiting the use of fireworks by police responding to a fireworks complaint on Boothby Street.

3:10 p.m., Marcus E. Carter, 33, of Waldoboro, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a crash on Western Avenue.

5:47 p.m., Jeffrey Allen Soucy, 44, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County jail on State Street.

7:30 p.m., Brian D. Rozell, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime by police responding to a complaint on Cross Hill Road.
