IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Saturday, Matthew J. Lancaster, 22, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.

Matthew Childs, 21, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Sunday, Lacey Layden, 35, of Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Mark Pelham II, 23, of Madrid Township, was arrested on a charge of violating of a protection from abuse order.

Albert B. Farmer, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on the charge of cruelty to animals.

Monday, Michael Anderson, 38, of Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested on the charge of fugitive from justice.
