ARRESTS
Friday at 12:29 a.m., Thomas Goff, 52, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with assault.
6:57 a.m., Kelsey R. Strickland, 22, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant.
8:45 a.m., Shelby Beaulieu, 23, of West Gardiner, was arrested on Civic Center Drive on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.
