Nicole Hennessy, 33, of Phillips, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, Brandon Flagg, 25, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 4:43 p.m., Robert Paul LeClair, 37, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended.
