Sen. Susan Collins has served Maine constituents well during her tenure in Washington. She has been successful in securing jobs for Bath Iron Works and other companies. Her continued support for individuals in Maine is remarkable.

Collins’ staff is available to help with constituent difficulties, be it the IRS, out-of-control collection agencies, veteran issues, or whatever. More than once, I have had a situation needing the senator’s attention.

Visiting Susan’s D.C. office finds every employee professional and helpful and the senator herself is available and welcoming if she isn’t in the Senate chamber voting. Thankfully, she hasn’t missed a vote her entire time as senator.

Therefore, as co-chairwoman of her campaign in Belgrade, I support the re-election of Susan Collins to the U.S. Senate in November.
