IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Roger Bailey, 28, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN MADISON, Wednesday at 5:48 p.m., Percy W. Savage, 63, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 12:19 p.m., Rebekah Lorraine Rodrigue, 21, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Thursday at 12:16 a.m., Scott Allen Bailey, 46, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

7:26 a.m., Derek Edward Keenan, 30, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.
