WINDSOR — Augusta Amateur Radio Association will hold its annual Windsor Hamfest from 8 a.m to noon Saturday, Sept. 6, at the Windsor Fairgrounds, 82 Ridge Road, Route 32.

The event will feature a large ham radio and computer flea market with several commercial vendors. American Radio Relay League volunteer examiner exams will start at 10 a.m. A combined meeting of amateur radio operating groups Seagull Net and Pine Tree Net will take place at 9 a.m.

Breakfast and light lunches provided by the Whitefield Lions Club will be available starting at 7 a.m. Overnight camping will be available Friday night.

Door prize drawings for two Baofeng dual band hand-held transceivers will be held at noon. The winning ticket holder must be present to win.
