The Palermo Community Library recently sponsored a Tea and Scones Social to thank the many volunteers who have staffed and managed the library during the past year. Three new board members were introduced during the social: Holly Flowers, president, Sandi Devaney, secretary, and Pam Page. Other board members present were Kipp Jacques, treasurer, and Barb Hunt. Scones were provided by Sandi Devaney and Sharon Nichols, a volunteer, with other board members providing tea and jams. The library is run entirely by volunteers.
