GARDINER — Gardiner Adult Education will welcome three area professionals who will give classes about home design.
• Lori LaRochelle, of LaRochelle Interior Design, will offer tips on key elements of scale, texture, color and lighting and how they affect design and health. Her class, Interior Design, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1.
• Kitchen and Bath Design will be taught by Cate Bonarrigo, of LaPointe Lumber Company, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8. Bonarrigo will discuss how to make a floor plan for a kitchen or bath. She will bring cabinetry, countertop, tile, faucets and fixtures samples to view.
• Flooring for Your Home or Office will be presented by Steve Goranson, of Mattson Flooring, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15. Goranson will teach students how to use color, design, and pattern to increase the visual appeal of their floor. He will bring flooring samples.
