WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations recently announced an offering of healthy choices for a healthy lifestyle will be presented at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, at Muskie Community Center, 38 Gold St.
A registered dietitian from Hannaford Supermarket will offer healthy food samples and information. The event is free and open to the general public; donations are appreciated.
Attendees are welcome to stay after the Healthy Aging Events to enjoy a buffet lunch of beef tips, starting at 11:30 a.m. A suggested donation of $5 for those 60 and older and people with disabilities. The cost is $6 for those younger than 60.
